You can cancel your booking at any time before the service provider confirms the appointment. In this case, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made.
Cancellation After Service Confirmation:
If you cancel after the service provider has confirmed the appointment, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is typically a percentage of the total service cost and is determined by the service provider's terms.
If the service has already begun or is within a specified period before the scheduled time (e.g., 24 hours), the full service fee may be charged.
2. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
If the service provider cancels the booking, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Additionally, we will assist in finding an alternative service provider if needed.
3. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
4. Exceptions:
Certain services may have specific cancellation terms, particularly for services requiring significant preparation or involving non-refundable materials. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
